my genre for my music magazine

Identify and explain the choice of music genre that i will use to base my whole magazine on.

In my magazine i want to include different types of genre so that my magazine is open to a wider range of customers. i am going to include genres for my magazine from alternative rock to indie rock. i will also include pop, punk, alternative indie, and rock. i have decided to use this type of genre because it is the type of music that i personally listen to. Here are an example of bands and artists that are from these genres.

• Paramore
• Florence and The Machine
• All Time Low

I will mainly use these bands because this is sort of music that i like to listen and would find it easier to research as i know what bands there are and there albums and songs. i will also be easier to target my market and audience. here are some images of the bands in the list and what i would like to include in my magazine.
